Open Workshop Dates
We’re running a one-day workshop in Inverness on Monday 30th March 2026 to help you to do three things:

Understand how to deal with the media.

Learn how to make the most of the media to promote what you do.

Get comfortable in front of a camera.
Between us, we’ve got more years of experience in the media, in comms, and in film production, than we care to admit.
We’ll help you work out your business’s key messages, practice being interviewed on camera, and show ways to turn your phone into a mini recording studio. All in a day – with lunch too.
